In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the SurgaVIP website at surgavip.run, the official mobile app, and all related services provided by us.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the SurgaVIP platform.
• "Funds" refers to cash deposited into your SurgaVIP account using Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, free spins, or other promotional offers granted by SurgaVIP subject to specific terms of use.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before your first withdrawal and periodically thereafter.

To register and use the SurgaVIP platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• You reside in an area that does not restrict access to online gaming services.
• You are registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of another person.

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

• Losses arising from third-party disruptions such as ISP issues or user device failure.

SurgaVIP's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You may close your SurgaVIP account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in the account (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to you once the withdrawal process is completed.

Surgavip reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account in the following situations:

• Violation of the terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from competent authorities or for legal reasons.
• Suspected activity related to fraud or money laundering.
